Amazon has teamed up with U.S. Bank and Mastercard to introduce two new credit cards tailored for small business owners. The Prime Business Card and the Amazon Business Card, set to launch this spring, offer businesses more ways to save and manage their expenses efficiently. Both cards will be issued by U.S. Bank and are part of the Mastercard network.

The Prime Business Card rewards Prime members with 5% back on Amazon purchases, while the Amazon Business Card offers 3% back for non-Prime customers. In addition to rewards on Amazon purchases, both cards provide flexible credit terms and cashback benefits on non-Amazon transactions. Further details about additional features and benefits are expected in the coming months.

Courtney Kelso, senior executive vice president of Payments: Consumer and Small Business at U.S. Bank, emphasized the value of the partnership. "We're incredibly proud of our reputation as a top bank for small business owners," said Kelso. "This collaboration with Amazon and Mastercard empowers small businesses with meaningful rewards and simple tools to manage their spending." U.S. Bank also plans to offer more value to small businesses in the near future, adding further services to the cardholders.

This initiative aims to support the evolving needs of small businesses by offering easy-to-use tools for managing finances and enabling them to reap the benefits of rewards. Interested customers can sign up to be notified when the cards become available.
